1 space located off Fleming Road (not Westcott Road) in London, so outside the congestion zone but within 5 minute walking distance from Kennington tube station, or 10 mins from Oval tube or Kia Oval.
Once you've booked the bay I will send you the parking permit as a pdf. This needs to please be printed and placed on the dashboard.
The space is big enough to fit estate cars / 4x4s. No height restrictions. Available 24/7. The bay in front of my neighbour's flat # 48 with a yellow bush, off Fleming Road. The flat I own is on Westcott Road, but my parking bay is behind my flat, off Fleming Road. The title of my bay on JustPark says 'on Westcott Road' because I cannot change this as my deed is connected to Westcott Road. The parking bay is therefore off Fleming Road :)
The parking lot is in a quiet and well-lit residential area and is easy to drive in, without a gate or anything to block entry. There are no height restrictions and the entrance is very wide, flat and has no obstructions, but as it is a nice residential area the owner would like for this parking lot to be taken up by regular sized cars and not large vans.
As per the map description, the parking lot is on the right when driving into the parking area. Overnight parking and long term parking available.

Had no issues with parking, area nice and clean. Outside of congestion zone is a bonus. Good value for money as it compensates for the short 15mins walk to Elephant and Castle.
