Wandsworth Buckhold Road

We booked a space at this NCP and everything appeared to be fine - the printout with the QR code allowed us into the carpark and issued us with a ticket, but when we came to leave, the ticket was not accepted at the barrier, and the message was that we still needed to pay for the parking, despite JustPark having already been paid online. There then ensued a 15-minute long 'discussion' with a dismembered voice via the machine at the exit barrier, where I had to shout my car registration number innumerable times and discovered that the JustPark reference number on the print out was not recognised by NCP. After a lot of angry repeating of registration numbers and booking references, and being cut off at least once, we were eventually let out of the car park, having blocked the exit for 15 minutes. Thoroughly unsatisfactory - if you are going to include NCP car parks in the service - make sure that they are using the same system!
