Small change to the procedure noted in the booking. You don't take a ticket on entry - the barrier raises once the car park has scanned your car registration. Then on exit the same thing happens - seemingly no need to speak to anyone. Would be five stars if the instructions were up to date!

Turned up and the car park was closed. We were not allowed in and it affected two other customers whilst I was there. Shouldn’t be available on Sundays if there are never open on a Sunday
