Great parking space in a safe (security guards patrol development) residential area, easy to park and excellently located for accessing (estimated time from my experience):
- 3 min walk to Mudchute DLR station, Mudchute Farm, or Millwall Park;
- 5 min DLR to Cutty Sark for Greenwich, or just walk to Greenwich through the foot tunnel;
- 12 min walk to Canary Wharf along the waterfront (highly recommended);
- 12 min DLR to Canary Wharf ;
- 19 min DLR to Bank and the City of London;
- 27 min trip to London City Airport;
Available to rent on a monthly/yearly basis. 24/7 access. Do get in touch with me for price discounts for longer periods.
I had to increase unfortunately the price (50 pence more a day), to take into account a considerable service charge increase (this pays for cleaning, lighting, security, estate manager, etc.). If this is an issue for you, and especially for long term customers, do please send me a message.

A great place to park. A nice 20 min walk to Canary Wharf or a few minutes to Mudchute. The owner was very helpful when I wanted to extend my parking.

Very easy to find. Mudchute DLR within walking distance, as is Masthouse Pier, which we used for the boat to O2. The journey took around 15 mins.
