Fully modern underground private parking bay. Electrionic gate and secure parking lot. The space is large with d locks embedded into the walls and column by each bay for motorcycles to be locked with your own personal lock. I agree to return this key fob and gate electronic via Julien’s post box inside his property at the end of my booking. If I do not comply with this I will incur an addition £100.00 for replacement of both.

After paying £37 to park for a few hours I was quite frustrated to find that we had no autonomy of entering and exiting the car park space. We arrived early and had to wait almost 30mins for Julien to arrive to let us in. He eventually arrived at 8:40am which was 10mins after the booking started.
We were in Finsbury Park to do a Tough Mudder and had to wait for for an hour for Julien to come back to open the gate so we can get back to the car which was not ideal whilst tired and wet from the event. He told me to text him 30mins before I was back at the car which I did and he said we'd have to wait until the 12pm booking end. Not very accommodating.

The actual parking area was excellent, although I wasn’t sure what bay to use and if bays were allocated. Walking distance from the Emirates and the tube. No comms or answers to my questions from the owner but to be fair the parking was booked quite late so that may not be their fault. I would recommend as a good safe place to leave your vehicle and will use again.
