It's always nice parking there, my only complaint is when it's time to exit, I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the door!! I pressed the bell, called the mobile number on the door, NO RESPONSE!!

A lot of messing around with having to provide booking reference number 10 mins prior to leaving. Other than that not too bad if you know the process after going through it once. Don't disturb Novotol hotel staff it is Ibis, save you asking them, just further down the road is Ibis. All the best.
