Parking on Taeping Street, E14

Somebody was already parked on the space I had paid for. I was able to use a "visitor" space next to it fortunately but there was no communication with the owner either so if I wasn't able to use a visitor spot I'd have been stuck up a certain creek without a paddle. Wouldn't recommend this person

Space wasn't available. Someone had parked in it.

Communication with the car parking space owner was very good. The space is excellent for a big car but unfortunately I had to find another parking space because someone from the neighbourhood had taken up my space. Otherwise the car parking space and the communication with the owner deserves big five stars.
