Very smelly and not easy parking position

I just couldn't park at all. I had booked 3 days prior the date. I had an appointment nearby and almost missed it due to the delay. There was no available spaces, the place is dark and dirty. I didn't feel safe at all. The gate supposed to be closed and you type a code to enter. It was already open, no surveillance at all, not even a single soul. I have a GLE so it was very difficult to go in/out. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND IT!

Car park was full.. no spaces available, no attendant to resolve the issue. One space was tiny and only big enough for a bike! 3 other cars arrived with same problem. Couldn't move around each other. Luckily, after a 15min wait, a car left and I jump in. The others just gave up. Poor show. Avoid.

Sous terrain peu rassurant, tres etroit, sale, sentant l urine, matelas dans un coin surement squatté, caméra de surveillance avec cable coupé.
Très cher pour ce que c etait . Les enfants ont eut tres peur de retourner dans ce sous sol répugnant, crainte d une agression.

If I could get 0 stars I would...even though I paid for my car space there wasn't any plus someone park so stupidly that I couldn't get out . Definitely not made for 4x4 but this was never mentioned

When we arrived, there was only one car parking space available which was in-accessible due to a bollard - one van was parked in a way that left another space too narrow - is your car park monitored as cars were parked rather poorly? - we were one of two vehicles who had to wait for someone to leave before parking - thankfully we gave ourselves adequate lead time for a hospital appointment - when we returned there was a car who was parked where there was not a space and made it very difficult to manoeuvre to leave the car park.
