The parking spaces were too tight and even the entrance to the parking was so difficult to enter I guess if you're not a good driver, it was dark and didn't feel safe leaving the car there, will not book that parking again

The car park was open to the public. When we arrived there was only one very small space available which took a lot of manoeuvring to get into. Two other cars who had also booked turned up whilst I was parking but had to leave as there was no space available. A number of cars were double parked. Very worried leaving the car as spaces were so tight. Wouldn't use this car park again.

Very tight getting down to spaces. Dark and dirty. Stairs to get out but no way of opening door to go back down the stairs so had to walk down slope and hope that know was coming up!

Do not use
Drove over an hour to London after pre-booking a parking space. Car park full on arrival. Rang just park and was told there was no alternative and it's not their fault it was full. Ended up having to drive back home. Absolute joke of a company. Oh and good luck getting your money back too.
