I was overcharged for parking, had to pay in fear of getting a bigger fine, I've put in a request for a refund and heard nothing since - no surprise there

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Pointless booking it on match day, we turned up 45mins before KO, The car park was full, There was around 20 cars looking for spaces like us. We have up after 20mins. Needs some sort of managing if your going to charge people. Even a young couple with children parked on a parent child bay!
I should get some reimbursement for this.
