The space is located at Flat B, 20 St. John's Crescent, London, SW9 7LZ. However this won't lead you to the right place on Google maps so please use the information above and below to find it.
Can open gate from inside. Park up. Go through the garden (go round to right then left at roundabout - enter and go past the front porch + hop over waist high railing)- please see pictures. Open from inside. Park. Then can close from outside, or inside - recommended to use the bolt lock too. Thanks
DISCLAIMER - if a driver chooses to break the law and block you from entering or exiting the space, there is nothing I can do to move this car. The police do not move cars unless they are stolen, and the council simply don't care. I am writing this after this has happened twice to customers (very rare). I apologise if this happens to you. I also apologise for not being able to do anything about it - if you go through just park you will be able to get a refund.

All good right up until I returned to the space after an event only to find my ability to exit fully blocked by another (and illegally parked) vehicle. Ended up "sleeping" in my car overnight (no other option). With the best will in the world, I won't risk this space again. Sorry.

Do not park here, firstly you have to climb over a railing to get to the parking space to unlock it from the inside and secondly we arrived back at our car at 1030 at night to find someone has parked over the driveway and blocked us in. The owner said there was nothing he could do. The police wouldn't help, the council wouldn't help! Very stressful situation to be in. Do not bother booking this space.

Owner had another car in the space when we arrived and cancelled our booking when we questioned it, leaving us to have to find another parking space with no notice.
