Parking on Spencer Mews, W6

The space is advertised as "29 Spencer Mews" but none of the spaces are numbered, just lettered (this space is letter N). Padlock wouldn't unlock despite the code given. Rang the space owner and to be fair to him he advised me of another space I could park in that was open, so I didn't lose out, but if there wasn't a backup space available idk what I'd have done!

Quite small space, especially as massive van was parked in next space.

This was an amazing space for us to park during our stay in the area. The space was just big enough and could easily accommodate a large van plus very convenient as only a 2 minute walk away from our accommodation. There was cctv too :-). Would definitely use again.

I have parked here twice and will continue to use it when needed (and available). I used to live in the block of flats next the space is situated in so can vouch for how safe and secure the area is, as well as being super easy to find and gracious hosts. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Along with others at the car park…. All the spaces had padlocks with same code on that we were given but none of them opened.

Easy to find and reasonably priced.

There were no numbers in the parking spots and there were two unlocked poles in two different locations and I could not assess which was my allocated space. I rang the owner but there was no answer so, I left a voice message and rang Just Park Customer Service but there was no answer even after 15 minutes of ringing. At that point, the owner called and saw my car parked in the correct space by chance via his camera. I had a hospital appointment and I was getting late and getting very frustrated with no communication and the fear that I might be parked in the wrong spot. Just by chance it worked out in the end, but it was frustrating and scary. the parking location is fine and safe and near the hospital but the communication needs a lot of improvement.
