Parking on Spencer Mews, W6

Great - a 4-star rating

Along with others at the car park…. All the spaces had padlocks with same code on that we were given but none of them opened.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

There were no numbers in the parking spots and there were two unlocked poles in two different locations and I could not assess which was my allocated space. I rang the owner but there was no answer so, I left a voice message and rang Just Park Customer Service but there was no answer even after 15 minutes of ringing. At that point, the owner called and saw my car parked in the correct space by chance via his camera. I had a hospital appointment and I was getting late and getting very frustrated with no communication and the fear that I might be parked in the wrong spot. Just by chance it worked out in the end, but it was frustrating and scary. the parking location is fine and safe and near the hospital but the communication needs a lot of improvement.

The location was easy to find but as the parking bay was in an area where there were 9 or 10 others, it could have been marked a bit better. As it was our first experience of Just Park, I guess we were a bit nervous.

a little small for a van. luckily I could climb out the back and use side door to get out.
