The entrance to the building is through a tunnel into the car park (close to the corner of Moulin's road and Speldhurst road).
The parking space for my flat (number 34) is one of the 2 spaces on the right as you enter through the tunnel. It's the space on the right, closest to the building door. At times one of the other residents may park in my space, in this case - just use one of the other available spaces in the parking area.
The parking space is 2 mins away from Victoria Park village and the park itself.

Great location, great driveway. Awful communication with the owner of the space. Tried multiple times and platforms, didn’t get one reply. I understand some people don’t like talking to strangers but then why put contact information? Shame about that, otherwise all good.
