Parking on Old Frognal Court, NW3

Great service. Will definitely use again

we arrived and the car parked in space 2 was half over space 1a so I couldn't get into the space. I managed to park in front of the space close up to bushes. it was a squash. as we were leaving the car a resident in the building told me the space shouldn't be let out and it was against the lease rules. we still left the car there and it was fine but I won't be coming back.

One of the other owners in the building discouraged us from parking there and told us it wasn't legal

Really convenient alternative to commercial car parks. I like that my friends were able to park locally rather than 5 miles away which was the NCP car park.

Overgrown hedge made parking in space 1 almost impossible and I scratched my paintwork on the tree.

On arrival either of the spaces which we were told to park in already had cars parked in them and the property was being renovated which in turn meant the driveway was taken up with contractors vehicles. I spent up to 1 hour trying to sort out where to park on the property, having to speak with the contractors to negotiate a parking space. I did speak with the owner but unfortunately didn’t get too much help apart from he said it’s not normally that busy. It was a very stressful start to our weekend break and if I’m honest I didn’t feel 100% leaving our car where we eventually managed to park up for the weekend. My advice would be keep the person informed if there could be difficulties in parking where you’ve paid to park, if I’d known I would have cancelled the parking space and got a refund and found an alternative parking space.
