The space is accessed by a key or security fob, you’ll be told how to collect this after you have made your booking. It it very near tower bridge and only 5 min walk to Bermondsey station

We Paid £25 including insurance to park in someone’s underground apartment space… was told to ring a number to get the fob to let us in… when arrived rang and no answer tried to ring on numerous times, we called customer service who still couldn’t get hold of space owner… we was fuming as we drove 2 hours to get there with our 4 children to then have to spend most of our family day out finding somewhere else to park. We finally found a car park having to spend another £45 to park. Wouldn’t use this app again not worth the stress.

Very safe parking space! Underground gated space with access via a fob. The owner was very efficient at responding. It's only 7 mins from the tube station and just outside the congestion zone so perfect for if you're staying in central and want to leave your car somewhere safe. We would definitely use it again, probably the safest space we've left our car in London. Peace of mind. And easy to find too
