We arrived at this driveway with no problem whatsoever, having sent a text to the owner that we will be arrive about an hour late. When we returned we were greeted by a lady who lives in this house and were verbally abused for having parked on her drive and claiming she had never heard of JustPark, and would not give us the chance to explain or show the proof of our booking. This lady threatened to call the police on us and we were genuinely terrified for our safety and well-being. Rushing to get into our vehicle, again whilst being shouted out, we ended up hitting one of our car doors on a brick wall causing damage to this vehicle. I do not recommend this parking space.
