Also it says that allows vehicles up to 3.5 metres (as you can see in the picture) that is not the case. Couldn't park a Ve transporter there. Stuff wasn't helpful either.

Arrived at the Barbican car park in London and parking was satisfactory after booking an 8am to 4pm slot.
When i attempted to exit the car park at around 1pm the barrier wouldn't allow me to leave and the machine asked me to pay £6.00. I then had to reverse all the way back to the kiosk and the guy had no record of my booking. He eventually took my booking reference and registration number and told me to exit through the large barrier without charge. I wouldn't mind but i had booked this three weeks in advance.

Despite calling twice, and being told by automated voice there was an option to extend my parking, there was no option in the app. We have had to hurriedly order an uber to chase across London and despite incredible effort on our part we arrived late at Barbican centre carpark today. The app doesn’t do what it is supposed to
