Realised immediately that I had booked the wrong car park but it wouldn't let me cancel. The chatbot didn't understand me, and the website wouldn't allow me without a location reference, and when you phone you are not able to speak with a human. Absolutely terrible.

On leaving machine did not register that we had pre paid, spoke to man he said go back to the exit and press the button , on trying to exit 2nd time we press button and the same man says do you have tour booking number, as explained to him the 1st time there is no Internet underground , had to park car up again run outside get reference number run back to car gi e the man the number for him to let me out, pre bookings crap would have been easier to pay on the day

I paid online and booked my space easily. But when I leaving from the place I had a problem. When I tried to go out the gate wasn’t open for me because I don’t have a barcode to scan. Please share the barcode via email for online booking customers for open the gate when they leaving from the parking place.

Exiting was the issue. Car reg recognized but they wanted gate price - I had to reverse 50m to ask a security guard to open gate, gad to show Just Park booking ref. He said the system is not talking to each other.

On exit the gate wanted another £6, but I was leaving before my end time. Spoke to the operator over the intercom and was let out. There was no way to pay a surcharge at the gate, so dealing with that would have been very awkward. It wasn't in the end, hence the 4 star review.
