Despite pre booking, on arrival the car park was marked as full. The steward let us in anyway but as expected there were no spaces. A steward then redirected us to another car park and the barrier opened automatically. Upon exit the next day, the barrier didn't open and then after waiting for assistance through the intercom we were told the booking wasn't valid for that car park and that we shouldn't have parked there. Very disappointing and wouldnt park there again. Very frustrating when pre booking seems to make no difference.

Getting to park was fine, but when leaving, the car park wanted me to pay £47, when I had already paid. Finally got it sorted but delayed my departure by an hour. First time of use, not sure if use again.

The car park was reasonably easy to find, despite the post code taking us on the wrong side of the one way road causing us to do a U-turn. Upon entering the car park, it was a squeeze for my SUV to fit through the tight gap. However, the car park itself was spacious to move around. There were lots of spaces, but I had to carefully locate a space large enough for my SUV. Which I did. When trying to exit the car park on foot, it was hard to find a logical path to exit so myself and my partner had to walk up the road that we drove down to enter - which wasn’t ideal! All in all, the car park was ok.
