Should have been so simple!
Booked parking and was pleased with the price quoted. Arrived at Car Park and ANPR let me straight in. Met a client and then 'tried' to drive out. Barrier would not open. No staff at the car park. Rung the number on the booking. Lady was helpful and said there should not be an issue but nothing she could do on the phone!
There was a helpline buzzer. Was eventually answered and took me close to 10 mins to explain to the person that I had pre-booked and was trying to get out! Overall a stressful and embarrassing experience.

I booked a parking space in the centre of London 3 hours before we were due to arrive. It was so cheap. We arrived, no problems with number recognition and found a parking space easily.
