A bit hard to find again on foot but a few spaces to choose from

Easy to Find and no messing about

Parking was available ,safe and it was convenient i will come back again

When I got to the car park at 2 pm it was closed as it was full. Unbelievable that I booked and couldn't park. The attendant directed me to another car park near London wall which was full as well. Cane back to the Barbican and finally got in and parked almost an hr later. Around 3 o clock. That delay caused me to be late for work and I had to spend money for a cab as I couldn't get to work much later. What's the point of booking and paying if a space isn't guaranteed at this car park?!!!

Very good price and location

A little difficult to find as address quoted as Orange Street and was actually St. Martins street. It was only the description on the website advising the tightness of entry that decided it was the right place. The gates were closed and had not been advised of a code. Rang the helpline to be told it was the wrong place and to be given a postcode which is exactly what we followed before anyway. The advisor just kept repeating herself and telling us it was the wrong car park even though the code worked. We drove around the block 3 times, with the advisor on the phone trying to describe the location but she couldn't help. She tried to cancel our booking and give us a different location 1.5miles away. We eventually decided that the car park was the right one and had changed names as the picture on the website had a sign up and now it hasn't. We parked and left for our hotel. The next day, about 1.30pm, I received an email advising that I couldn't park there anymore as the owner wanted the spaces back! I replied I was unable to move the car, and later received an email confirming my booking of a completely different car park. I was unable to move my car and was worried that my car would be removed or clamped. Luckily it was not and we actually collected the car 11 hours early. 19/06 Thank you for your response and action. I fully appreciate and thank you for this unexpected gesture.

Stated that the clearance was 3 meters but when arrived in my ford custom van, the height was 1.8 so had to find alternative parking at further cost.
