The parking was easy to locate, although there is some construction happening around the area. It wasn’t possible to extend the parking time online, but fortunately we didn’t need to.

I booked a parking spot for the 3rd July, 3 weeks in advance. It was a 3 minute walk from Trafalgar Square so I could take my children to an event. The space was confirmed so I thought it was all sorted. I found out on the day they had moved me to a car park 2 miles away. No contact about it.

The car park was very close to what I was doing in London that day.
Price was very, very good. I live near Canterbury and I think it's more expensive to park there.

I wasn’t able to change my times, arriving earlier and leaving later. To change, I was asked to download the app which I did but once on it didn’t take me to my booking nor did it give me the option of the Barbican car park. I am now in the app trying to make I have paid properly
