Prepaid, turned up and there were no available spots. Drove around for about 20 minutes, gave up as I had an appointment. But luckily found another spot in a different car park.
So effectively it cost me double to park.
Lesson learned. Never pre-book.

I’m reserved parking for 4 hours and when I reach the parking location the parking area entrance closed and put sign board of parking full.I try to contact the emergency contact number you provided nobody answered.please refund the money I paid already.

I booked a parking spot for the 3rd July, 3 weeks in advance. It was a 3 minute walk from Trafalgar Square so I could take my children to an event. The space was confirmed so I thought it was all sorted. I found out on the day they had moved me to a car park 2 miles away. No contact about it.
