Barbican Centre Car Park

After booking, there were no suitable spaces available for my car, even after spending about 10 minutes looking. Had to park elsewhere - have requested a refund

Barbican made me pay twice, now trying to get a refund.

A little tight but great area and easy to get to

Barrier would not open; paid twice. I had reserved a space at the Barbican car park, Beech St, but when we tried to leave the barrier would not open and the machine said I had not paid. I had to reverse back from the barrier, upsetting the cars behind me, park and then pay again at the machine. So, I paid twice. I now have to try and get my money back from Just Park. Diabolical.

I was disappointed for the exit scan to still ask me to make a payment even after I had already paid online(pre booked). I had to call services to let me out

Great location for parking, reasonable price too for central London. Little bit difficult to find way out to street once parked. Also we prepaid well before but had to wait at barrier on exit for operator to open for us once we had confirmed reference etc.

Easy to locate parking, parking was available, however on the way out the barrier was not lifting and asking us to go back to machine and pay, we had prepaid with registration number so had to ask for assistance to lift barrier. Which was done with our reference

The service was wonderful and well attended

Realised immediately that I had booked the wrong car park but it wouldn't let me cancel. The chatbot didn't understand me, and the website wouldn't allow me without a location reference, and when you phone you are not able to speak with a human. Absolutely terrible.
