The booking was great and the car park let us in, however when we went to leave it said we still needed to pay so we had to reverse back down the ramp and park up to investigate. I called the number on the machine and it just went to voicemail. So went to find an attendant and managed to get him to let us out. Hassle we didn’t need!

I followed the post code but signs were not very clear for entry so could not park at my reserved spot/area. I did not enter the parking as i struggled to find entrance.

It was very easy to make the reservation and pre-pay. On the appointed day, I arrived at the parking lot. Easy access, well signposted, good location, and average spaces. I had read in other reviews that they were small, something that worried me, but this was false. I will continue going there.

We arrived at the prebooked location fur a very important meeting in a consulate. The whole day the entrance had a sign saying" Parking Full"!!!!! Really angry as it caused great stress and inconvenience. Dont book the location if you 100% need to park

It was quite full and spaces are so narrow most have a post in between. Bigger vehicles were parked over the lines making it even more difficult to find a suitable space. Location is great but if you have a large car or are going at a busy time be prepared. In the summer a couple of floors are closed so that might be a factor too.

Very Clean, plenty of spaces... there were a couple of cabs, hire bikes and ubers just outside the entrance so worked well.
