Parking on Scarborough Street, E1

It was in a good location and looked safe to leave my car there

Quite a narrow space. Fine for my car but larger vehicles may struggle.

It would be nice if the parking space was marked with the house number just so that we could be sure that we were in the correct spot. The photo was good.

Have used this space a number of times now and always easy to access, in a great location, and feel safe leaving my car. Ford Kuga is tight fitting but as long as any passengers alight before parking, is fine for the space.

When I arrived someone else had parked in the bay. Then owner of the car came back to remove items from the car. Had an argument with the driver. They eventually moved, but this made me extremely late for work my booking was meant to start from 7:30am. I did call the owner and there was no response until after 10am they sent a text by then I was far to busy to reply. As I started work late because of the parking situation.

Address indicated for the parking was not the correct one. Finaly i found the parking by luck. There is no email address to communicate with just Park. We I finally managed to contact client service they didn't refund but just the money back on my wallet even though I don't want to use that app anymore. I missed an important meeting because of them not doing the job properly.

third time of using this space. really good for access to Tower Hill without hitting congestion zone (travelling from Essex)

Excellent location. Easy to find and car felt safe. Will definitely use again.

All fine. Easily found with the description. Large enough for any midsize or even large car.
