I have a full view of the space, it is well lit and the car park is patrolled and monitored by a private security company and is a permit holders only car park (you will not require a permit to park)
Very close proximity to Hendon Overground Station (serves both Luton/Gatwick Airport) and Hendon Underground station.
I offer transfers to both stations for a small fee if I'm available and by prior arrangement.
Uber/taxi is also very reasonable.

Felt a bit nervous with all the signs about parking restrictions but owner reassured that would be no problems. So I guess remains to seen if all ok but have no real reason to believe will not be!
