Great difficulty accessing and exiting. The instructions say 'use key fob'. There is no explanation of where to get this magic key fob. I had to follow someone to get in and to call security to get out. No help from number given just an answerphone.

Great space. Very secure. Pick up of the fob and permit was easy - just allow yourself five minutes extra journey time. Great comms and response.

Excellent parking spot. Only 1 min walk from Hilton Olympia where we were staying. Instructions for collection/drop off of permit and key fob excellent. Would use again.
