Located in a secure gated underground car park underneath the riverlight quay residential buildings, once a monthly rent is confirmed, the renter needs to provide me with the number plate, manufacturer and colour of their car in order to add it to the automated number plate recognition entry system. No fob required. The renter can park in any space that HAS NOT got “reserved” written on it. There are many spaces available and multiple CCTV cameras. To leave and enter the building, the renter must leave through the visitor / guest door.
