Looks like a scammer trying to make money, it was somebody else' s parking place. There was already a car parked there. When I phoned the person - he casually mentioned , you need to find yourself another parking space.

The garage wasn't numbered and wasn't next door to no. 54, so not that clear.
Also didn't help that there was a white van parked in the space when I arrived at 13:20.
He said he was working for the person that owned the garage next to the one I booked. He left after 5-10 mins, but all the confusion made me late for my appointment.
