Got blocked in once or twice

I found a note on my windscreen that I should not park the car there as it is private property. I tried to call the owner and never got answered. I texted and had a response asking where I parked and when I answered there was no further response. Then the mobile number changed with a number that looked foreign asking the same question of where I parked. I wonder if this is genuine. By the way I have parked in that space for more than four times with no problem but this time around got this note and it was very upsetting when I paid for the space
