The reason I have reviewed so badly (personally, I would not even give one star) is that the owner of the space did not bother - even after I emailed them the night before - to send me the space number in the car park or the access code for the gate. As a result, we were over an hour late for our meeting in London as we could not access the car park until some kind soul let us in with their key code. Then, when we returned to leave, we had to walk all over the Circle to try and find someone to let us out! No mobile reception in the car park space and reception had no idea what to do! Disgraceful, especially having paid £48 for the parking. In addition, I may be in trouble for taking someone else's numbered allotted space for the day as we had no idea what space number we should park in. If I were the owner, and were in any way remorseful for making money out of innocent individuals expecting a service that was not delivered, I would offer a full refund for their inconvenience! Shabby service indeed!
