Great location for visiting Wimbledon for the tennis. A 10-15 min walk at most (walking at an avg speed). Be warned - the walk back up Princes Way is mostly uphill. Didn't bother me, but might be a problem for others. The owner was also prompt in replying to a message I sent her, which was most apprectiated.
