Car Park on Princes Gate, SW7

Very efficient with clear instructions.

Close to royal Albert hall, Hyde park and harrods. Was outside a embassy so fell it was very secure.

The carpal was full when i was there. You actually could not able to find a spot. And the car park spots were spreading around and it was not easy to find out which one belonged to Just park.

easy, good location. was a bit worried on arrival as only one just park space left. I had pre paid but no specific space had been reserved just to park in any just park space which obviously any member of the public could just drive in to and pay to park. but, there was one space, felt safe, very close to Harrods and Hyde park. would use again.

Booked on the app but when I arrived all the spaces were taken. Phoned customer services who were unable to help. Got a refund but not ideal.

Very easy to make the booking and the parking spot was outside the iranian embassy with armed police outside. Which was comforting as we had a wedding to attend late evening at the national history museum which was just a short walk away. Overall very pleased.

There were no Just Park parking spaces available to park in. Completely unacceptable situation as there was no one to answer questions about what to do (phone lines had closed for the day) and we had to find an alternative place to park We were charged £23.00 for the time we had booked and no space was provided. Really really really poor

When we got there there were no spaces available. It says to only park in the JustPark labelled bays, which are clearly marked, but there's only about 10 amongst all the other spaces, and all of them were occupied when we got there. Either some of these people didn't book with JustPark and stole the spaces, or you decided to advertise the spaces on the app despite being fully booked. Had to spend about half an hour contacting customer services who then tried to relocate us to a spot over a mile away, and ending up missing our reservation for the museum we had booked. Couldn't even get a refund for the space despite having insurance, because we had to cancel after the booking had already been started, since y'know, we had gone all the way there for our arrival time with the intention of actually being able to park there. Oh and there was actually one bay available, and it did have a JustPark sign on it, but for some reason the listing says not to park there! Here's a thought, maybe take the JustPark sign down if we're not allowed to park in it. And stop advertising the place as available when it's not.

Much to my surprise it worked at a busy time in Central London !
