The organising and finding the parking was easy to follow and action. The only issue experienced was when we amended the booking and our insurance was cancelled and a further payment was required to resecure it. I accept companies need revenue but this seemed a little ott to pay for the same cover.

I booked for 12:15 PM, and at least two JustPark signposted bays were occupied by the usual suspects (aka: construction workers). I parked in the next bay, waiting for them to return. As expected, within 10 minutes, one of them came back to retrieve some tools. I asked to see his JustPark booking, but without even responding, he moved the van. The parking is good but not patrolled. In my case, I was just lucky because I had time to wait.

The parking slot was unavailable and, since we booked the space for a music audition, JustPark did not have facility in place to swiftly rearrange. Poor unresponsive service that added considerably to an already stressful event. We will not be using JustPark again and are seeking a full refund.
