Great location, good space. Ridiculously tight, curving lanes for exiting the building, even for the best driver very likely to scratch wheels.

Actual car park very good. The directions were poor. It is opposite Exchange House not to the left of it.

Reasonably easy to find and safe. Security inisted on viewing the original email rather than being allowed in displaying booking reference - this should be updated. Spaces were OK but would be tight for a large car.

The space, once found, was excellent. But it is NOT to the left of Exchange House but opposite it (the other side of the road). It took 10 minutes to find the space which involved going into two other underground parking areas and asking people.

Hard to know we were in the right place. Would be good if the guidance mentioned you need to call the operator to raise the barrier to get in. Otherwise convenient and good value on a Saturday afternoon.

Very secure and easy to find. Spiral ramps are really tight for long cars. LWB BMW 7 Series could not get up without curbing alloys...even with all cameras in operation.
If you have a small car it's perfect.
