Kew/Richmond - 5 mins from train/1 min to Bus

The space was advertised for two vehicles, but we only just got our car in. There were building materials lest on the drive, which made parking very difficult

We were unable to use the parking space. There is a busy dual carriageway outside the house and we had to drive past a number of times to identify the house. The suggestion that you can stop outside go and open the gate and then drive in is not realistic. There was a lot of building material in the driveway which further restricted access and without stopping both lanes of traffic the lock on my car was not adequate to turn into the remaining space. Not safe so we drove on and parked elsewhere.

Easy to find, very affordable. It was initially tricky to fit my car in as there were bins, but I moved these (hope that was ok), then it was fine. Good location.

1st time I used it - no problem. 2nd time - two cars already occupying the space. We knocked on doors and windows but no reply. Had to leave. Extremely inconvenient. Once bitten, twice shy - I will not use this space again

The gates aren’t very blue any more, so we did overshoot! Better to say “just beyond the bus stop”. Other than that, secure & cheap. Thank you.

Driveway owner/organiser advertised the space available which obviously allowed me to book it. The instructions said that there was space for two cars. On getting to the driveway there was already two cars there, each tucked up against the sides with just enough space for another between (one with access directly out of the gate and the other pushed right up to the left hand side). My assumption was that the one pushed up against the side was owned by the person renting the space and they'd done their best to keep it out of the way still allowing for two cars. Having booked the space for about 36 hours, the following morning I had a phone call from another person with their car on the driveway saying I had blocked them in. The organiser had given them my phone number and left them to call me to ask to move it. Firstly, obviously they had overbooked it, probably knowingly. Secondly they should not have given out my phone number. Upon realising the issue the organiser should have tried to sort the issue themselves, to try and apologise and resolve it somehow. Instead they gave it to other customer to sort. After I had spoken to other customer the driveway owner then rang me and was hardly apologetic, suggesting I would split the cost of a train for the couple to get back to Cornwall. Badly organised and then the situation then ensued even more so.

Very easy to find and easily parked our medium saloon car. Will use it again. Thank you.

the parking space was the worst ever: fine when I arrived at 10.00 - but when I collected at 6.15, i discovered a white car beside by - and it took me 30 to safely reverse and exit through the tiny space, without damaging my own car ( on the gate post) or the neighbouring car. In the end I went door to door to the neighbours ( no one was in at the house) , till someone helped guid me out of the tiny space. Avoid!!
