The basement garage where the parking space is situated is quite difficult to access as many of the surrounding streets. including the turning from the New North Road into Poole Street are now restricted and neither Google nor Apple maps is of much use. You then need to obtain a fob from the concierge to access the garage but unfortunately he wasn't around when I arrived. As I peered through the window I saw there was a contact number for him on the reception desk. Unfortunately my call went to voicemail! When the concierge returned he was initially reluctant to give me the car park fob as my details had apparently not been passed to him. This all took 10/15 minutes, during which time my car was stuck on yellow lines waiting for a traffic warden to arrive! The space itself is small with concrete pillars either side. Whilst in fairness the listing does mention it is only suitable for cars of the size of an Audi A3, frankly even this would be a very tight fit. On the plus side, if you can fit in the space, the location seemed very secure. All in all not a great experience and I would not rebook here.
