Owner didn't have their phone turned on, so I couldn't contact them. The space is not located at the address in the name, that is the owners house address, and arriving at this postcode will find you very lost. You have to read the description to find the space, which wasn't hard to find after, but some more photos would've been helpful and a more clear description. Upon arriving at the carpark I discovered the gates were locked and can only be opened by residents. I had to go to the front of the building to call to the flat of the owner to get them to let me in, however there was no answer. So I had to call other flats asking for their assistance in gaining access to the car park. Luckily another resident came to my aid and opened the garage for me. He enlightened me to the fact that you are unable to open the garage without the use of a key fob, and so I wouldn't have been able to leave without the help of a resident. When I came to leave the space the owner of the space still wasn't home, and so I had to sift through the flats again to find someone willing to come and help me leave. There was none of this information available when I booked the space, and I was unaware I would have such difficulty in using this space. I arrived late, and left early, but there was no mention I had to be on time for the owner to let me in/out so I didn't realise I had to be so specific with my timings, I just booked for longer than I thought I'd need in case traffic was extremely good on my drive to the space- and if I had to stay in the ares longer than planned. Please be cautious when booking this space, because you might not be able to gain access.
