Could not find the Just Park location had to use another car park at around the same location and pay them £10.40 to park. So disappointed that I have spent £20.69 with you. Can I receive a refund ?

Price is high, location is awesome, traffic is poor, and instructions were not clear. There are limited spots to part and it seems like most of the parking is for staff or rentals.

There was no indication like a sign or logo at the entrance of the Just Park service garage. In the very busy traffic at this major station it is important to have a confirmation that you have found the right garage. So after driving around the block, we just took a guess and drove into a St Pancras P garage. Again no visual indication about Just Park. The attendant helped us really well, verbally confirmed Just Park and we were able to park. A large and clean parking facility. Right next to the station entrance.

The location wasn't easy to find because the postcode wasn't specific and sat nav took me to a nearby building. Despite pre booking, the anpr camera didn't recognise my vehicle.
The attendant was helpful upon exit.

Difficult to find a space, signs everywhere and dead ends.. Also, I had to call up when leaving as my registration wasnt recognised and it was trying to charge me to leave.

Easy to find a space to park and extremely convenient for St Pancras Station. We ,accidentally, left passenger side window open and this was mentioned to us upon leaving. Vigilant staff with safe and secure parking.
