Turned up. No where to park!! Paid just under £40 and had no answer when we tried to call the owner and no answer when we knocked on the door!
Not happy and expect a refund!!!!

I would like a refund of my money please.
After repeated messages to the owner who never replied, we arrived at the parking space after a six hour drive to find there were already two cars parked in the space and no room for ours.
I telephoned the emergency hotline but there was no reply.
Please tell me how to get a refund. We have taken a photograph of my car in front of the space we had booked and we also have a receipt for the alternative parking we paid for using a parking meter.
