Disappointed with customer service. I booked parking and when I reached the location found out it was free parking. The place to which I booked I was given multiple options of where to park only to find out I didn’t need to park on anyone’s drive but on the same road it was free parking. What a joke and to think I’m not eligible for a refund. Crap service

I arrived at the park on space.It was easy to find, The area was suspicious and I felt uncomfortable walking To the venue excel , I made sure i came back before it got too dark, Because I would have been uncomfortable walking to the car that late at night.
