Parking on Morton Way, N14

The price of £7.50 for 2 days parking is excellent, but I experienced 2 problems. Firstly, the surface of the 'road' to get to the parking space is like the surface of the moon. It's rubble-strewn and potholed and, if it's been raining (as it had been), it's like an obstacle course trying to avoid the puddles on your way back to the main road. Secondly, when I came back to pick up the car, the whole of the back end of the car was covered in bird poo. So I had to get the car washed, which was another £7.50. I just feel that the owner, who can do nothing about these problems, should warn customers first.
