Genesis Practical Car Park

When I arrived at the space, I could not park as there were cars already there. I rang just park and after waiting ages for the phone to be answered, I got through to someone who then called the owner of the space and came back to me with the following, space is no longer available and hasn’t been for the last six months. So in short I was able to pay for a space on just parks website get confirmation that the space was all booked only to arrive there and find that the space did not exist. I was moving my son into University and it was extremely stressful trying to sort out some parking in London so that I could help him move in to halls. They did find me somewhere else to park and I accepted because I was desperate but it was almost a mile away and I had to walk back to the university in torrential rain. I don’t think it is acceptable for a company such as this to be able to advertise a space, take someone’s money and then for the space to not be available. I’ve had issues with just park in the past but thought that I’d give them another go. I won’t be repeating that. This is a company I will never use again.

Booked a space in a car park and when I arrived the car park was full. Tried to call the number given but there was no answer after 15 minutes so I had to leave my car illegally parked and hope for the best as I was so late at that point.

Easy to find. Large spaces in a secure car park. Central to where we needed to be!

My issue was resolved Really quickly once we got to the original space booked to find another car there just park reserved us another space just as close We had no issues with it and would use it again

Great car park, easy to find and close to where we needed to go

Having just recently used one of Just Parks car parks in Bethnal Green. All i can comment on is that, it seems fairly secure with two very big gates at the entrance. And then the drive down a very rough side road between a bar and sports direct store, to the main car park at the back. Which is all out in the open and is shared with what looks to be a drinking area with benches and seats, and has no cameras covering the area. So no i wouldn't call it completely safe as people working for the bar were coming in and out of their workplace side and rear entrance, whilst i was there. Lastly the way the gates were set up with the exit buttons looked all like a bit of a bodge.
