An allocated parking space belonging to an apartment within the block. The parking space is in a secure, gated car park only accessible via a secure gate with remote control. Suitable for any type of car or small van, the space is lit in the evenings and is only a 50m walk from London Fields overground station (8 minutes by train to London Liverpool St.). The car park is outside of any congestion zones. The space is only available as a yearly rental and we will require two months notice if you decide to end the contract within the year. Price: £145,00 per cal month.
