I would like to make a complaint about this space. It's located in a carpark which is controlled by a parking company and there is a machine stating you have to pay before you leave. There were the usual parking noticed info boards that highlight there will be £100 fines for cars parked without tickets. Therefore in order to not get a fine I had to pay £15 to leave the carpark which means I've paid double. I'd like a refund as this felt like a scam and I'm not confident the person offering this carpark space has the authority to rent it out!

Every time I park here the barrier doesn't recognise my number plate and the staff try to charge me extra

Poor organisation! I was told on arrival there was no spaces after I explained I had pre booked with JustPark. I called a number and was told to go straight through. Then when leaving I wasn't allowed to leave until I told them how much I paid. I won't be parking there again.

Easy to book, use, and adjust timings. Very happy and will use again!

Horrendous. Paid up front but the barrier wouldn't open on exit. Pressed the help button but the guy on the carpark intercom kept saying it hadn't been paid for (it had been paid for in advance) and couldn't help. Wouldn't let me out so had to pay an extra £20 to exit. JP refunded me but avoid car park. Terrible attitude.
