I pre paid for a place, and had to pay again to leave. So what should have been 18:50 ended up being 43:50 which was never stated in the advertisement. Disappointed to say the least and will be making a complaint

Booking was paid for through the app prior to arrival. On arrival as it was an event day we had to pay for parking again!

It was confusing about leaving and how to confirm booking, etc so we did just drive out assuming that the ANPR cameras would recognise that the car had already had a paid-for booking
