I don't think they are the one selling the space. Avoid it!

I think the postcode could do with being updated but apart from that, a great location for Horniman Museum. Bit of a hill to get there, something to bear in mind if coming with kids.

It would be great to just add a photo or clearer description as the address didn’t quite match where the Satnav takes you and I was a little unsure if I was in the right space.
