Nice street, secure parking, easy to find, no issues.
I would say the space is VERY tight when the host's car is already home. I parked my 2 seat sports car and I was at the max regarding length-wise before my front was overhanging on the pavement. I would say anything longer than a hatchback would be difficult to fit inside

Nice wide driveway, I have a fairly large car (E-class saloon) and the rear of the car overhang on to the pavement by just a few cm, which was fine.
