St Joseph's Church Car Park

Found the parking easily and there was a space waiting for us so very happy.

Arrived at the location, whilst there were 5 bays, by using the 5th bay I would have blocked another car in, which would have been fair to them. Abandoned the parking bay and parked elsewhere.

You accepted a booking and I paid for a carpark for which the entrance was closed and inaccessible. We had to park in the street and received a penalty notice

I have had a rolling monthly contract and have parked here for 18 months. I have now finally cancelled because (1) these spaces are open to anyone, so often they are all taken even though I have supposedly reserved one;(2) I drive a small car (a Mini) yet they are so small, that whenever vans are parked there (often), the mini does not fit properly. (3) they have no clue who has a reserved booking and who does not so I have fund notes warning me to move my car because I have. no booking. Not at all a well thought out set up.

JP website easy to use. Map with its ten-minute walk circle around destination is useful, with parking locations, availability and price all clear. Payment is straightforward and booking messages good. Journey was ghastly so it was a great relief to find my parking space calmly awaiting. CL

I booked a parking space from 08:30 on 4 Aug, but at 08:45, no spot was available. Forced to park awkwardly by the wall due to time pressure, I found customer service unhelpful. Later, I had to return to finally find a space. This caused unnecessary stress. I’d like an explanation for the booking failure and assurance it won’t happen again.

No space available again today despite me booking. This has now happened twice in this space!

there is barely room for 1 car in this space never-mind 2. when we arrived the space was occupied and no where to park. there was no number to phone. what a disaster. this made us late and very disappointed.
